Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet any minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials and connected third-party accounts, and for activity occurring under your account.
Service Description
The service provides tools for creators and teams, which may include YouTube channel diagnostics, analytics, SEO scoring, title and description suggestions, tag generation, thumbnail guidance and generation, competitor research, content planning, comment assistance, recording, publishing workflows, AI model access and related features. Features, limits and availability may change over time.
AI-Generated Outputs
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, outdated or unsuitable for your specific use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying titles, descriptions, scripts, analytics interpretations, thumbnails, recommendations and other outputs before using or publishing them. The service does not guarantee views, subscribers, rankings, revenue, engagement, monetization or any other performance result.
YouTube and Third-Party Platforms
When you connect YouTube, Google or another third-party platform, your use is also subject to that provider’s terms, policies and API requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and activities comply with YouTube’s policies and all applicable third-party requirements. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions or decisions made by third-party platforms.
Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to any rights held by others. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, transform and display your content solely to operate, secure, improve and provide the service to you. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, media, data, trademarks, music, images or other material you submit.
Acceptable Use

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Prices, included features and usage limits are shown at purchase and may change for future billing periods where permitted by law. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the available account or billing controls. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Free Plans, Trials and Usage Limits
Free plans, trials, promotional access and feature limits may be modified or discontinued. We may enforce reasonable limits to protect service reliability, prevent abuse and manage third-party costs.
Intellectual Property
The service, excluding your content, including its software, design, branding, workflows, documentation and proprietary systems, is owned by or licensed to the service operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of another person’s rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, material breach of these Terms or protection of the service and its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
